Pulwama 4 Jan (KB): Meet Sheikh Mahiruqh an aspiring 20 year old writer from district pulwama, a bachelor’s student of literature in Government degree college for women pulwama.
Mahiruqh started her writing journey from early age of 15, as she found the Eternal Combination of patience and might a way of rescue from the clutches of depression and anxiety. Words and Ink healed her curse as she says ” WORDS CURE CURSES”. In her early age she fell prey to many miserable health conditions like depression but she did not let it conquer her and found a way out. She has published her collection of poems THE MIST: A journey through words. Pen and paper resulted to be her bestfriend and best healers.
Talking To Kashmir Bulletin (KB), Mahiruqh says that ” I owe my chaos to my writings” by this she means that she draws all her chaos and confusions out on paper which is more patient than anything else.
She says her motivation in life is her father, who even in extreme conditions didn’t gave off her and supported her in every struggle of her life.
Her purpose in life is to heal gloomy souls and heart with her words. She wants to make her family,friends and teachers proud who have played a great role in making her.
Her message to society is to open their hearts to every darken soul, lend your ears to every musshy tongue. She beleives that If you will heal a soul your soul will bloom itself.
Her writing genre is romantic fiction and she also writes inspirational poems. She has tried her also on short stories and article writing. She loves to share her experiences of life by weaving words into a fine fabric and feels proud like that weaver who knows what it takes to make someone look beautiful. She is currently working with two international magazines Wissenmonk and Causerieo as featured writer and interviewer respectively.
Mahiruqh wants to help people suffering from anxiety and depression and beleives that we all have power to beat any competition in our lives.
